I am 29 years old man. Currently I am a Doctoral Assistant at the University of EPFL at the nano-Electronics department. I have a furnished new and clean studio apartment at center of the Lausanne with cuisine salle de douches wc balcony and total area with balcon is approximately 37 m2. I am paying 1014 Fr. per month for every thing included (Forfait electricite TV cable heating charging...) my roommate is expected to pay 400Fr. per month. I am going to share this studio apartment with another person. Also I have paid the rental deposit and insurance. In addition this apartment is close to bus station (22/60/8/16) to Lausanne-Flon (30 sec). This apartment is in the center of Lausanne Du Tunnel. I am sociable kind polite easy going and warm person. It is very important for me to respect to my rommate and his/her guests. I do not smoke and I like pets but not in my living place. I really enjoy going out having nice time with together. I prefer my apartment to be clean and regular. I speak English and I am trying to learn French. I am so interested in making new friend and have a sociable life in Lausanne.I have attached some photos of my apartment to this email.Its absolutely wonderful for me to offer you my apartment to share with you. Jai un appartement meublé studio neuf et propre au centre de Lausanne avec une cuisine salle de douches wc balcon et la superficie totale avec balcon est denviron 37 m2. Je paie 1014 Fr. par mois pour chaque chose inclus (Forfait electricite TV câblée chauffage recharge ...) mon colocataire est prévu de payer 400Fr. par mois. Je vais partager ce studio avec une autre personne.Jai aussi payé la caution de location et dassurance. De plus cet appartement est proche de la gare routière (22/60/8/16) à Lausanne-Flon (30 sec). Cet appartement se trouve dans le centre de Lausanne Place du Tunnel.Je suis sociable aimable poli facile à vivre et chaleureuse. Il est très important pour moi de respecter à mon colocation et son / ses invités. Je ne fume pas et jaime les animaux mais pas dans mon lieu de vie. Jaime vraiment sortir avoir du bon temps ensemble. Je préfère que mon appartement soit propre et régulière. Je parle anglais et je suis en train dapprendre le français.
