EPFL postdoc (28 f) with two dogs (5 and 9 m) all very social and easygoing looking for a dog-friendly and social flatmate for a beautiful apartment with lake view! The apartment is about 85sqm and has a 32sqm patio facing lake Geneva and the alps. It has two bedrooms (16/14sqm furnished or unfurnished possible) a huge shared kitchen and living room area and two bathrooms floor heating a fire place dishwasher washer and dryer a parking lot is included. Its pretty quiet because its almost on top of Le-Mont-Pèlerin (directly where the hiking/snowshoe trails and a fitness parcour start - for the house see first photo right in the middle) but a 10min walk downhill brings you to the funiculaire station towards Vevey. Carpool to EPFL/UniL possible (30 min drive without a single traffic light).I speak English German a bit of Italian and French (but hoping to improve the latter soon) and Im hoping to find someone who likes enjoy the incredible sunset on our terace with me having a glass of wine/tea/whatever and a chat now and then!
