Doté dun ascenseur privatif lappartement est de type penthouse et possède un balcon et une terrasse offrant suffisamment despace pour des barbecues entre amis. Le salon est très spacieux et entièrement meublé avec cheminée. La cuisine est équipée dun lave-vaisselle de plaques céramiques et dun four électrique. La salle de bain possède une grande baignoire. La machine à laver et le sèche-linge se situent dans le sous-sol. La cave est individuelle et permet un espace de stockage important. Limmeuble possède une pièce réservée au vélo.
